It depends on what prefix you have/want. My favorite is Punitory prefix with Maliwan grip (mag size and reload speed) with Tediore sight (reload speed) + Maliwan exhaust (projectile speed).

WebIt's my assumption that any of the DP/Binary/Two-fer/Dubble prefixes are going to win out for pistols. I definitely enjoy using a binary Thunderball fist, and of course everyone wants to get their hands on a DPUKH. For shotguns, I think it's "practicable" that gives Conference Calls an additional two projectiles, but I may be mis-remembering that.
