WebI read the Tooltip which mentioned that certain chip families had issues with monitoring so enabling this would allow the usage to be monitored correctly. As it appeared, in my case, to only either be at 100% or 0% no in between so I was perplexed considering I've been attempting to OC recently and thought the OC caused it.
