It discusses the food system before the pandemic, assesses the impacts of the pandemic on the food system, and then explores the “path ahead” for the food system post pandemic. WebThe Purple Pantry is intended to be as barrier-free as possible, so it accommodates individuals with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and halal dietary needs.
