If its not on 100%, it could be making those windows squished. Worth a look anyway. Or maybe Dolphin/PCSX2 just weren't designed … SpletI tried to alter all kinds of video settings to no avail and I was about to give up when I clicked on "Toggle Exclusive Fullscreen" as a last-chance thing and suddenly, the framerate climbed to 60 FPS and the game became playable. So basically, it seems I need to activate this option for Retroarch to work correctly on my PC.
